Want to enrich your child's mind, body and spirit?
Enroll your child in the Yoga for Youth Day Camp.
Help them experience yoga like never before.Our trained instructors
will lead the yoga classes and the camp will also help young people
develop the social, emotional, and interpersonal skills they need
to make constructive choices for gaining academic achievement,
inner peace, social responsibility, respect for others and self
esteem.Yoga builds strength, flexibility, and balance through
a unique combination of breathing techniques and flowing connective
movements while harmonizing body, breath and mind.
Our
mission is to provide our youth a solid physical, mental and emotional
foundation through the practice of Yoga.
This camp will have Yoga lessons twice daily,
games and activities; the program will also have several interesting
seminars on self development such as:
1. Leadership skills - Mr. Ricky Ly (UCF Leadership Institute)
2. Cultivating Moral values with Yoga - Prof. Subhas Tiwari
3. Music and Dance - Prof. Nandkishor Muley
4. Public Health Issues - Ms. Richa Joshi
5. Health Matters for Youth - Dr. Avanish Aggarwal
6. Benefits of Music Education - Ms. Jyoti Deo
7. Personal safety - Seminole County Sheriff's Department
8. Business & Nature Conservation - Vishaal Gupta
9. Global warming - Katyayani Cherukamilli
10. Games and songs - Ruti Dwivedi
